Domestic Traffic Coordinator

Samantha joined Horizon Auto Shipping in 2008 in a clerical capacity. Her background in retail sales and teaching enabled Samantha to excel in providing customer service and she was quickly promoted to the export documentation desk. She easily gained the trust of her customers and was encouraged to jump in to provide help to the export traffic coordinators.

In 2009 Horizon expanded operations by becoming a licensed Motor Carrier Broker offering domestic automobile transportation and it was Samantha who assisted in getting the new department up and running. She now heads the department and her dedication to our military customers is a source of inspiration to us all.

A native of San Nicolas de los Garza, Nuevo Leon Mexico, Samantha and her family migrated to Texas in 2001. After graduating from high school, she graduated from San Jacinto College and attended the University of Houston Clear Lake. She is fluent in Spanish and English and hopes her two sons will grow up to be bi-lingual.
